We try everything we can to get the best products possible, but we can't control this due to some packaging damaged in the shipping process.
Anything with what we consider "major damage" is given on online inventory a "Box Damage" variant and is also sold in-store. Minor cosmetic damage (dings in corners, minor box warping from how they were packaged, shelf wear, etc.) may still be present in what is sent out.
If you are concerned, please contact us at sales@bkcollectables.com before making your purchase, especially if you are considering a "Box Damage" variant. We will not be cancelling orders because of minor cosmetic box damage.
