Limit of Liability

B&K Collectables acquires a large number of their products from distribution channels overseas. By purchasing from us, you agree to understanding that all items come with NO WARRANTY through B&K Collectables and that any claims of defects in workmanship for items recently released must be relayed to the Manufacturers directly. We can assist you with obtaining a method for contacting the Manufacturer, but we cannot be held responsible for defects in manufacturing, production, accidental breakage, or any other issues arising from any items purchased from B&K Collectables.

 

Live Event Return Policy

We offer a same-day full refund of price paid (including taxes) return policy on any item purchased during a live event we are participating in. Returns once the live event concludes are not permitted and will not be accepted. Any returns must be in the same condition that you purchased it in otherwise they will be rejected (example: something that you opened that was sold to you as sealed). All return allowances are at the discretion of B&K Staff and we reserve the right to refuse any return request or claim.

 

Website and Retail Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us, so we offer a 14-day store credit return policy on any item purchased on our website or through our retail store. If more than 14-days have passed since you made your purchase, or it is not in the same condition that you purchased it in (example; opened and no longer sealed), we unfortunately cannot return your item. Website returns are to be shipped back to B&K Collectables (see address below) at the Buyer's expense and all shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any damages occurring after your products have been shipped and are out of our possession. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was sent in. It must also be in the original packaging it was purchased in, have all the accessories, manuals, and other items that came with it. We require a copy of the original Order Confirmation to also be included with the item. We reserve the right to request additional photos of the packaging, both inner and outer, sent to us before approving any returns.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. CDs, DVDs, or any software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened are examples of such items that are not returnable. B&K Collectables has the right to deem any purchase non-returnable at their discretion, with prior notification.

To obtain a Return Authorization for your purchase, fill out this form. Please send us any pictures of the product(s) via email to returns@bkcollectables.com. Once we receive this information, we will be in contact and will send authorized returns an Return Authorization form by email. Please include this form in the package with your returned product. It is recommended to return the product using a method of delivery that can be tracked as B&K Collectables is not responsible for product returns that do not arrive back to our warehouse. Also, returns for web purchases will not be accepted by B&K Collectables at live events.

 

Sale or Discounted Item Policy

Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit. Unfortunately, any sale, liquidation, or special order items cannot be returned, as they are considered FINAL SALE and no exceptions will be made to this policy.

 

Pre-Order items

As stated on our Preorder Policy Page, a preorder is a binding contract to acquire an item before it is physically available. We understand that there are situations where individuals will need to cancel a preorder. In such a circumstance, the preorder can be cancelled before the item arrives at our warehouse by contacting us at sales@bkcollectables.com, and we will issue you a store credit for the amount of the deposit, as per our normal Returns Policy. If the item reserved has arrived at our warehouse when the cancellation request is sent to us, then the order will be cancelled, but the deposit paid will be forfeited with no credit applied.

In certain circumstances, where supplier shortages or other issues preventing the fulfillment of a preorder exist, we reserve the right to cancel any preorder without prior notice and process a refund to the deposit paid. Refunds will be issued back on the method of payment that was initially used, unless the time limit for issuing refunds expires for the payment gateway, which is usually a maximum of 60 days after the initial purchase date. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to issue the deposit back in the form of a store credit.

 

Shipping

Please return your product to our office address listed below. B&K Collectables is not responsible for costs incurred by the Customer for return shipping for the item, nor will the initial shipping costs charged be included in any store credits issued. If you are returning an item with a value over $100, we highly encourage the piece-of-mind that you would have by also purchasing shipping insurance in the case of a postal error during shipping as you are responsible for the condition of the item until we receive and inspect it. You are also responsible for providing us with a valid tracking number as items lost or damaged in return shipping will not qualify for a store credit or exchange.
