Limit of Liability
B&K Collectables acquires a large number of their products from distribution channels overseas. By purchasing from us, you agree to understanding that all items come with NO WARRANTY through B&K Collectables and that any claims of defects in workmanship for items recently released must be relayed to the Manufacturers directly.
We cannot guarantee 100% mint boxes, but we can assist you with obtaining a method for contacting the Manufacturer for workmanship issues. We cannot be held responsible for defects in manufacturing, production, accidental breakage, shipping, or any other issues arising from any items purchased from B&K Collectables.
Shipping Liability
As collectors ourselves, all of our products are handled with great care from the moment we receive them, until they are in the hands of Canada Post. Shipping costs are determined by Canada Post using the volumetric weight of the item(s) as determined by the shipping box dimensions. Taxes on shipping are extra where applicable.
B&K Collectables is not responsible for goods that are damaged during the course of shipping after they have left our warehouse, nor will we approve returns for this reason. We will also not approve returns due to the condition of the packaging, unless it's a graded item.
Live Event Return Policy
Once a sale has been completed, we enforce a no refunds policy. Usually Collectors have ample time to take a look around the event for a better price or conditioned piece of the same or similar type, so we actively encourage them to look around before committing as all sales are final.
Website Return Policy
Website returns are not accepted.
We are not responsible for any damages occurring after your products have been shipped and are out of our possession, nor will we approve any returns for this reason. We will also not approve returns due to the condition of the packaging, unless it's a graded item.
Retail Store Return Policy
We offer a 7-day store credit return policy on any item purchased through our retail store, as long as it is in the same condition that it was purchased. If more than 7-days have passed since you made your purchase, or it is not in the same condition that you purchased it in (example; opened and no longer sealed), we unfortunately cannot return your item.
Sales or Discounted Item Policy
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit. Unfortunately, any sale, liquidation, or special order items cannot be returned, as they are considered FINAL SALE and no exceptions will be made to this policy.
Online Orders Returned-To-Sender after being Shipped
If a order/parcel has been shipped out by B&K Collectables and is returned back to our storefront in Kitchener due to any reason, including non-delivery or any other reason outside of our control, then we will inspect the order upon it's return and will refund the order back to the method of payment less a 25% restocking fee (or the actual cost of all shipping charges plus taxes, whichever is higher).
If this situation happens, we will notify you via email that the order has been returned to us and we will be inspecting it.
Once the inspection is over, we will notify you again of the refund and the deduction amounts. This is a non-negotiable policy that is applied to all orders, including those who are not charged for shipping.
