Our Shipping Policy
We at B&K Collectables are dedicated to delivering quality products at great prices. Our goal is to make sure that satisfaction is guaranteed.
All of our products are handled with care from the moment we receive them, until they are in the hands of Canada Post.
Shipping costs are determined by Canada Post using the volumetric weight of the item(s) as determined by the box dimensions. Taxes on shipping are extra where applicable.
B&K Collectables is not responsible for goods that are damaged during the course of shipping after they have left our warehouse.
Free Shipping Offers
From time-to-time, free shipping promotions will be offered exclusively to Canadian addresses. When such a promotion is being offered, it will be clearly advertised, identified on the item page, and the free shipping option will be available during the checkout process. If combining multiple items where some qualify for free shipping and others do not, you will still need to pay shipping on the items that don't qualify for the promotion, but the items that do will not count against your total shipping amount due. Orders Shipped to Canadian Addresses
We offer FLAT RATE shipping to Canadian addresses based off of the approximate weight items in your cart. All Canadian shipments will be sent Expedited Parcel™ (or a reliable method of our choosing) and will include a tracking number and insurance up to $100. Additional insurance can be purchased for the cost of $2.50 for every $100 of insurance and is highly recommended with higher-priced items within shipments. All shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. Any Oversize items will distinctly be noted on their product page.
Orders Shipped to United States Addresses
When shipping addresses in the United States, we will declare the FULL PURCHASE PRICE of the item(s) and mark the customs form as Merchandise/Other. We are not responsible for any duty/taxes, Tariffs, or delays in delivery caused by US CBP offices. We are required by law to properly fill out these forms, and there can be no exceptions.
Shipping to the United States is automatically calculated based on the total weight of the order being shipped in our system. All items will be sent at the minimum using the Canada Post Expedited Parcel™ - USA (or a reliable method of our choosing) service (although you can choose to use a higher/faster service, if you wish), will require a signature, and will be insured for the full amount of the order. Orders Returned-To-Sender after being Shipped
If a order/parcel has been shipped out by B&K Collectables and is returned back to our storefront in Kitchener due to any reason, including non-delivery or any other reason outside of our control, then we will inspect the order upon it's return and will refund the order back to the method of payment less a 25% restocking fee (or the actual cost of all shipping charges plus taxes, whichever is higher).
If this situation happens, we will notify you via email that the order has been returned to us and we will be inspecting it.
Once the inspection is over, we will notify you again of the refund and the deduction amounts. This is a non-negotiable policy that is applied to all orders, including those who are not charged for shipping.
