Frequently Asked Questions

We get a lot of questions on a daily basis, so we figured that we would create a page to address some of them for you!

1. Do you have a store I can visit?

At this time, we do not. :(  We are currently running our business out of our home and we don't have a showroom or storefront available. If you are local to the area, we can set up a local meetup with you, or we have our listing of events that we participate in on our front page where you can certainly come to see our items. We also can get you pictures of the item(s) and send them to you if you are not local.

2. What is your shipping to XYZ Postal Code?

Shipping costs range due to the size and the weight of the items ordered, and there are other costs and considerations that are also taken into account. To find out what the shipping would cost to your area, add the items that you are interested in to your cart and we have a handy Shipping Estimator tool that pulls amounts from Canada Post and UPS directly for you.

3. Would you take $XX for YY item?

While we certainly appreciate the need for someone to get a better-than-asking price, we do not accept best offers for our products, unless otherwise stated in the listing or at a live event. Pricing at live events can be assessed on a case-by-case basis, but offers are generally not accepted as all at-event pricing includes GST/HST.

4. What currency do you sell in?

We deal in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We do have available on our site a handy Currency Converter tool, but it is a tool that approximates the exchange based off of the rates on XE.com and should only be used for guidance in making a decision. All purchases from us will be charged in CAD and will be subject to any additional exchange requirements from your credit card or from PayPal.

5. Do you charge taxes?

Yes; we are legally required by the Country of Canada and the Province of Ontario to charge HST or GST for all sales in Canada, depending on the province the item is being shipped to. Customers making purchases for items being shipped outside of Canada will not be charged any Canadian taxes. During live events, all taxes are included in the pricing that is displayed on the products available for sale; this is a non-negotiable term of sale at live events.

6. Do you sell parts or incomplete figures?

Yes we do have parts and incomplete figures at live event shows, but we do not have them online as it is extremely difficult to maintain inventory on them. At this point, we stock G1/G2 Transformers (incomplete and parts), but we are continually looking to move into other options at a desired pace.

7. Do you buy figures?

We do have certain times of the year where we are open to purchasing items or collections. When this time is at hand, we advertise it on our site and provide instructions on how to proceed. We make every attempt to be as fair with our offers as we can with every potential sale, but seeing we specialize in selling certain items, we usually keep purchasing to those items and take many factors into account.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal for purchases made online. When we conduct local meetups or are at a live event, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, and we have a mobile Interac Debit option as well. We accept US currency at live events but due to how volatile and unpredictable the Canadian Dollar can be, we can only accept it at par. If the exchange is of a concern, then we recommend using one of our other methods of payment.
