July 2020 Post-COVID Re-Opening
On July 6, 2020, after completing our renovations, we are ready to start welcoming Customers back into our store to shop our collectibles!
We will be open Weekdays 11am to 6pm, Saturdays 10:30 to 6pm, and closed on Sundays.
Per rules in Ontario for reopening and requirements around social distancing, we are implementing the following changes:
- We will be limiting the number of people in the store to two customers at a time. This is a hard limit due to the size of our store and available walking space.
- Per Region of Waterloo By-Laws, all Customers over the age of 5 must have a covering over their nose, mouth, and chin while in the store. (Certain exceptions apply)
- We will have a station at the front of the store with hand sanitizer. We will require that you sanitize your hands as you enter or not touch the products as we can't sanitize boxes as it will damage them.
- We have installed a vinyl sneeze guard in front of the checkout area that will be sanitized after each Customer. This will also happen to inside and outside door handles, shopping baskets, payment machine, and the counter area.
- We have added directional arrows on the floor to assist with Social Distancing. We request that there is at least 2 meters (or 6 feet) between Customers.
- We would prefer that payments are made through contactless methods, whenever possible.
- We will continue to offer in-store pickup for online orders placed through BKCollectables.com.
We are looking forward to seeing you all back in the store as we continue to work towards normality after the effects of this pandemic!
