New B&K Curbside Pick-Up Service
Effective May 5, 2020, we're starting to offer a curbside pickup service at our store for our customers during the COVID-19 lockdown!
Ordering procedures:
Order Online and pick up at the store:
Order online and choose the Pick up option at the checkout. This will not charge you any shipping.
Payment methods available: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal
We will E-Mail you to confirm the products are available.
Please do not come to pick up the item(s) before you receive this confirmation e-mail.
Call in and place an order over the phone
Call us at 519-513-0257 between 10:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Saturday. We will take your information (full name and phone number) and the list of items that you are looking for.
Once we confirm we have your items in-stock, we call you back to confirm them with you and set up a day and time to pick them up.
Payment preference is E-mail Transfer, but we will also accept Debit, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Cash will also be accepted, but to keep things as contactless as possible, it is not recommended. Tap is accepted on orders $100 and under.
Pick-Up Procedures:
To comply with social distancing requirements and to ensure that we don't have several customers arriving at the same time, we recommend calling-in and scheduling an appointment to come by.
Please be advised that only the person on the order can pick it up as we will be checking identification to ensure you are getting the correct order.
When you arrive, please park on the street in front of the store (by the bench) and call in to let us know you have arrived. We will bring your order out to you, check your ID (show it up in your window), and take any payments (if needed).
We will place the order directly in your trunk or we will leave it on the ground outside your vehicle for you to retrieve after we back away.
