Anything with what we consider "major damage" is given on online inventory a "Box Damage" variant and is also sold in-store. Minor cosmetic damage (dings in corners, minor box warping from how they were packaged, shelf wear, etc.) may still be present in what is sent out.

Super friendly seller when I called the store and spoke to him on the phone. He shipped both Funko pop’s super securely and they arrived in perfect condition.
